Technoloy stack
The Clinical Trial website is based on a few robust technologies.
When hosted by NetMedical's servers, it will be based on the following:
- Linux operating system
- Apache webserver
- MySQL database server
- Python scripting
Basing on that architechture, the website uses the Django object
framework for robust handling.
Databases
The database handling was designed to be portable to other database engines.
We therefore can adapt to your needs based on specific project requirements or
company ICT policies.

Browsers
Browser compatibility with web applications is always an issue. Therefore
NetMedical has implemented the Clinical Trial website to include basic HTML
and CSS features, ensuring compatibility with the following web browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 8
- Apple Safari 3
- Apple Safari 4
- Firefox 2
- Firefox 3
Other browsers like Opera, Google Chrome, etc... may work well but
are currently not supported by NetMedical.

- ASP - NetMedical runs your Clinical Trial website
- Remote support - You run the Clinical Trial website, which NetMedical
manages remotely
- Licensed - You run the Clinical Trial website and NetMedcial provides
only updates to the source code.
